Sir Milky Quartz accepts returns for store credit on all items, and full refunds for clothing or footwear which does not fit within 30 days of purchase. The customer pays return shipping and the items must be unworn, unused and completely intact.
If you receive your item and it has broken or become damaged during shipping we offer refunds along with paid return shipping.
To open up a claim for a return contact hello@sirmilkyquartz.com, include your order number in the e-mail subject along with photographs of the damage incurred. These claims need to be filed within 5 days of the reciept of the package.
